About This Spot

Stepping into A•Mano Pizza & Italian Cuisine feels like arriving at a thoughtfully kept secret tucked into the heart of Las Vegas’ northwest side. The space hums with a cozy yet unhurried energy, where the warmth of authentic Italian flavors meets the kind of neighborhood comfort that invites you to slow down. Here, the pace is gentle and deliberately welcoming—whether you’re dining in with family, sharing a quiet meal with friends, or grabbing a thoughtfully crafted order to enjoy at home.

The atmosphere blends the charm of a casual local eatery with a hint of artisanal care, seen in the way each dish arrives—warm, rich, and with layers of familiar yet adventurous notes. Conversation flows easily beneath soft lighting, and the hum of neighbors enjoying the same familiar favorites adds a grounded sense of community. It’s a place where even first-time visitors discover the kind of hospitality that feels personal, as if you’ve just been handed a seat at an old friend’s table.

What stands out here is the balance between comforting tradition and inventive twists. The menu encourages discovery with unexpected takes on classic Italian dishes—a crispy, cheesy cone filled with creamy chicken fettuccine, or pizzas topped with thoughtfully selected ingredients like fresh sage and pumpkin, all served alongside the kind of garlic knots and appetizers that comfort the soul as much as the appetite. The drinks menu similarly unfolds moments of surprise, from rosemary-infused lemonades to creamy sodas that refresh and linger.

Though the restaurant keeps a modest footprint—with just a handful of tables—it feels open and approachable, with friendly staff who make their way through the space with genuine care. This attentive presence enhances the experience without rushing it, turning a simple meal into a quiet occasion. Families are welcomed seamlessly, which speaks to the laid-back, inclusive spirit of the place.

Whether you come for a special pizza creation, a plate of velvety pasta, or a shared dessert that feels like a small celebration, A•Mano offers a comforting pause from the usual. It’s a place that asks you not only to taste the food, but to savor the moments in between—the smiles exchanged, the comfortable silences, and the feeling that you’ve found a new favorite corner of the city.

Without reservations my husband and I walked in expecting to order to-go, but were greeted kindly and decided to sit down to eat with our baby. Thankfully they have high chairs and extra open seats for a Sunday afternoon which was not expected! There was only one or two servers that were working all the tables, it is a smaller restaurant so there could’ve been no more than 8 tables I believe. We waited only 15 minutes for all of our food and to say I am amazed is an understatement. As a harsh food critic I was surprised to give this place a solid 9.5/10. They refilled both my lemonade and my husbands soda before we left which never happens at other restaurants. The garlic knots were amazing, I regret not getting more to take home! Will definitely be returning!

Saw this place on instagram reels with my cousin, and since we were in Vegas we had to try it. OH MY GOD was this place amazing, we had a few speciality cream soda drinks, rosemary lemonade and, some Garlic Knots and split 2 Fat Baby's between 4 people and barely got through everything, maybe a total of 1 of the 2 Fat baby's eaten. We got the fettuccini carbonara fat baby and added chicken to it, and the Big Texas fat baby with hush puppies, penne mac and cheese, barbecue sauce and ribs stuffed in it. It took us an hour to power through everything and we were still heavy breathing for hours after, it was definitely an incredible experience. This place has such unique menu items and I will definitely go back with an army of people next time to try to take on these Fat Baby's. I loved this place, had to go walk off the food for 4 hours and still felt full lol. Everything is fresh and made on the spot, I love tiny little places like the because the food is always the best. Highly recommend

Title: Must-Try: The Pizza Baby! Worth the Price. What a great experience! We came specifically for the famous Pizza Baby (a cone of cheese pizza filled with Chicken Alfredo pasta), and it was definitely a blast. My husband and I shared it and still had leftovers, which our extremely nice and attentive waitress kindly packed up for us. Don't skip the sides! The garlic knots were phenomenal—I could eat a whole buffet of them! I also really enjoyed the Italian cream soda; it was a fun twist, like a cream soda root beer float. A quick note on price: It was a little pricey, so be mindful of your budget. But honestly, it was a wonderful, worthwhile experience that I would have spent that money on the slot machines anyway! Highly recommend this spot. A lovely touch: they provide colored pencils to draw on the paper mats. Our food arrived so quickly, though, I barely had time to finish a doodle!

This place is such a hidden gem ! I stumbled upon this on my last trip to Las Vegas and decided to return. It did not disappoint and is fantastic. We ordered the pizza pie zonie and it was incredible. We had the New Yorker pizza stuffed with carbonara. The pasta was rich, creamy and packed with bacon and garlic. The pizza dough was crispy and soft all in the right places. Would definitely recommend !

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend! The Fettuccine Alfredo Fat Baby, garlic knots and fried mozzarella were delicious and also looked really cool! Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful! Will definitely return. Pro tip: make a reservation. Even if it's a small party!

For any foodie, a trip to Vegas isn’t complete without a trip to Amano—the home of the original Fat Baby which is an open faced hero stuffed with pasta and sauce. It has been at the restaurant for the past several years although has more recently gained popularity.

Shout out to Bridgette our server! Excellent service all around. We went in without reservation on a road trip. The host was gracious enough to find a space for us. So glad he did l, because those fat babies are worth it! Delicious, cheesy pasta inside a perfectly made 1/2 loaf of bread. My word I have never been so satisfied in a pasta from a restaurant! That rosemary lemonade is legit too but you also can’t go wrong with an Italian cream soda. The wings were very tasty as well. The only constructive feedback was that the garlic knots were a bit dry. But you can always dip them in the extra sauce from the baby. Will definitely return. With a reservation! Haha

When we arrived, we didn't have a waitress time. The dining area is a bit small and intimate due to its location. The parking lot is shared with other storefronts. The service was great and the food excellent!! Very cheesy and plentiful. I would highly recommend eating here. Authentic Italian! Fresh breads and homemade sauces!
